Margaret (“Peg”) Jones is working as acting CFO for TJ Jones and Company. Ms. Jones retired from the Palladium Group companies in 2020 as SVP Finance (CFO) in the United States headquartered in Dallas Texas. The Palladium Group develops, owns and operates real estate in ten countries including the United States with the U.S. focus on multifamily assets and property management.
Prior to joining Palladium Ms. Jones, a certified public accountant, was responsible for directing all financial aspects of Trigon Management as controller and part-owner
Previously, Ms. Jones was Controller for Pace Realty Corporation located in Dallas Texas. While at Pace she was responsible for the corporate office and all third party-fee management operations of approximately 35 apartment communities representing approximately 5,000 total residential units with an aggregate value in excess of $700 million. Before her time with Pace Realty Ms. Jones worked for the Dallas Texas office of KPMG where she managed engagements in large international real estate portfolios, hotel, oil and gas and a numerous of other entity types. Prior to KPMG Ms. Jones was vice president assistant controller of Univesco Inc a real estate developer located in Dallas Texas with approximately 7,500 multifamily units throughout the United States.
Ms. Jones has master’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M in College Station Texas.
Independent Petroleum Land Agent, available for Title Research Reporting and Lease Acquisition. Emily is head of Business Design Planning and is the Vice President of T.J. Jones and Company, she plays a major role in project selection and development with a focus on aesthetics, innovation, function and design. Mrs. Jones has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and is excited to take on meaningful and valuable projects.
